Mission Statement:
To improve the health, well-being, and overall quality of life of companion animals and livestock through the body's natural healing mechanisms, utilizing Stem Cell and plant Agriculture Released Molecule (S2RM) Technology.
For all its understood benefits, stem cell therapy in human medicine has largely been limited to bone marrow transplants for treating blood diseases and skin regeneration. In veterinary medicine and agricultural technology, however, its potential is far greater. Strong clinical evidence supports stem cell therapy’s effectiveness in treating a wide range of diseases affecting pets and livestock and citrus trees, opening new frontiers in both animal care and agriculture.
Over the last 20 years, extensive research has deepened our understanding of the therapeutic potential of stem cells revealing that virtually all tissues can benefit from their repair and regenerative mechanisms. I co-discovered that 80% of stem cell benefits come not from the cells themselves, but from the cascade of molecules they release.

Building on this breakthrough, we  founded BioRegenerative Sciences (BRS) to develop and patent the identification and isolation process for these specific molecules and harnessed their power to repair injured tissues and organ systems.
Through Animal Biosciences, we formulate cutting-edge S2RM-based therapeutic products that address wounds, eye conditions, and skin health in companion animals and production animals. By integrating regenerative solutions  with Ag Tech, we are not only advancing Animal care but also enhancing agricultural productivity and offering natural, science-backed solutions that improve animal health, welfare, and longevity.

Our S²RM technology presents a groundbreaking opportunity to revolutionize topical and oral animal health products. By integrating S²RM into dermatological and ophthalmic solutions such as shampoos, wound treatments, and eye drops, we can offer significant patient benefits while standing out in a saturated market of "me too" products

S²RM TECHNOLOGY

Our research in wound care led to the discovery of Stem Cell Released Molecules (S²RM), powerful, naturally occurring molecules that stem cells release to heal and regenerate tissue. Instead of using whole stem cells, we developed and patented the S²RM technology, which isolates and utilizes only these regenerative molecules. Originally applied in human skincare, haircare, eye, and ear treatments, this breakthrough has now been successfully adapted for companion animals. With 18 safety and efficacy tests, 5 Proof of Concept studies, and 5 published works, our research has resulted in 9 targeted formulations that support health, recovery, and longevity in pets.
